Some of this sounds like a mix mash of studio and live sound. Which is if this is what happened, than they enjoy and live for the challenge of capturing their true sound with confidence. It flows so easily, it no longer comes as a shock that Denton purges the best of the best.
Check the eeriness of 'Wanna Know What I Would Do?' The Moog sounds flow with 60's teenage angst and matched 50's rock, with sexed up soul that's impossible to capture these days unless it's copied note for note. They got a hold of some soul food that was so good during digestion, it became this lush arrangement of lo-fi beauty. Imagine time traveling and living the Mahabharata at the same time.
