It started like every other survey-fueled descent into mobile hell: Inbox Dollars dangles a $4,046.20 payout for installing and playing Goblins Wood, a game that comes across as generic but I knew I was going to be dragged through a fantasy simulator that I've never been a fan of.

I mean, there's not even an apostrophe in the title, which is the first red flag.

I clicked. I installed. I played. I watched fake ads but sometimes, legitimate offers for other studies that actually pay.

BTW, Inbox Dollars does pay you for taking surveys and similar to the ads, sometimes you enter the world of product testing, where you can earn more than with the surveys themselves.

It's the games that claim to offer bigger payouts but this being a simulation type of game, I knew I would be spending a lot of time playing.

This fucking thing better be fun.

It wasn't long before I started getting into the game but those fucking ads were slowing me down.

Rather than pay to get rid of them, I figured as an experiment, I would keep up and try to reach the goals.

Never made it past level 6. Also, at the time, the bonus deadline of 30 was listed as 7 days and it was for 25.20. Why that deadline disappeared and the amount changed is another red flag.

It took too long to make it to level 6 within the deadline but you'll see below that they where you can make more on the bonuses.

At one point, I started opening up a ticket with Inbox Dollars to tell them about the missing deadlines, but at the time, I had too much going on with other things to complete it, even getting a screenshot.

I can tell you that when I did start to open that ticket, the screenshot would have been of those deadlines suddenly showing in their list of goals, but not the public one?

The red flags are stacking up.

In the world of survey culture, you can't just open an account on one. They all work differently with payouts, surveys, etc. It's a balancing act.

I had an account on Free Cash and then... came the glitch of the bunch.

The Free Cash app suddenly recognized Goblins Wood as its own and then the progress I was making on Inbox stopped.

Realizing this was a failed experiment, I uninstalled the game and the illusion.

Because in the end, these platforms made it near impossible to reward this player.

Jacy Hustles’ YouTube channel confirmed the deadlines and that he had to spent 200+ dollars to beat the game.

He also clarified about the time jumps that I didn't know how to do.

For me, it's games like this that are too busy on the screen for me to know what those little features do and other things that confuse me.

Despite that, my experiment won't end.

This moron will try it again and perhaps even pay to remove the ads to breeze through the levels faster because, what if they have to?

Will they?

Or will they find some other way to get around it?
