Blogger Beat Down #16 - "Dfjueir"

So I had to throw something up there right? It's getting close to the end of the year, as if I had to tell you, and the shit's about to go down!

At the beginning of 2014, there's going to be some new changes on this site. Book reviews, news stuff through the 'survival journalism' section and more. Still working on the zine file -- y'all have probably noticed that there wasn't much going on here last week. Had to take a break and get everything in order so we can move forward with this, and we are. I've been writing a lot of content and tried to make some time for the nanowrimo stuff but I didn't make it (I still ended up with twenty thousand plus words so that's something) but we've also been working on articles for the American pundit contest. One of our writers won the last semi-monthy award, which means they get a chance to be a finalist. Well, they were notified today that they've been chosen to be a finalist for a prize of 5k!

I'm stoked for our writer.
