"I have recorded the melodies for this album between 2017 to 2020 in my home studio. I wanted to create an electronica/ post-punk album that contains noise industrial, Lofi and dreamy textures. I collaborated with the idiosyncratic and talented Rosie Parkinson, the singer and co-lyricist for this project. Really, I think there is a simplicity and a compositional minimal ethos in this album and naivety with a sense of humour and daring punk attitude in buckets that is audible throughout these melodies. As Rosie would say "a colourful adventure through abstract theories of dissociation, delusion and unsettling Imagination”."
