Broken Bells - Broken Bells (Columbia)
Well, not really a duel.. I mean, these two masters fell in love with each other and unite to fight as Broken Bells. Brian Burton (Danger Mouse, Gnarls Barkley) and James Mercer (The Shins) release a unique album that mixes the harmonic choral style of Shins and Barkley bad-ass to create a sweet union of music that's true and plows by the naysayers. If your after this because your a Gnarls Barkley fan, than you will be greatly disappointed (you suck!) But if you don't suffer from S.I.B.S. (Shallow Image Bandwagon Syndrome), than your money is well spent.
