It's not as simple as having one distraction, but to be able to muscle through all distraction types is an everyday ordeal. I'm pretty good at internalizing these things but when i'm pushing to the breaking point, I have to do something with that energy.

As I was sitting here trying to get something down, everything hit me at once and everything in the screen turned into gibberish and I lost my way. I should know better than to try and multitask because for the longest time I've just focused one thing. Maybe if I train myself to cycle through different tasks, I can knock all this shit out.
