Because Mueller represented justice. And apparently, justice is something Bitchole Trump can't stand, he's angry about it.
De Niro's Mueller once told Ben Stiller's Michael Cohen that Trump's codename had been updated to "Stormy's little bitch."
Trump never forgot that. And now that Mueller is gone, he wants you to know he's happy about it. That's who he is. That's all he's ever been.

Growing up on Agent Dale Cooper from Twin Peaks, they always looked like that '50s Eagle Scout to me. He earned his place and was the guy to put in charge and seeing Mueller, he fit the part.
