"There's Nothing More American Than Al Jazeera"

I'm going to say that, as much as I would love to come back to posting about music on this thing, I'm finding that our current state of affairs with journalism, is much more interesting to me right now.

This year out of habit, I went to CNN too see what was going on, because channel 100 was easy to remember and on occasion, would check out MSNBC but that was when I had the advantage of cable access, wherever I was staying. Now that I spend my days writing with very little television, I find that my basic antenna access to PBS news is perfectly fine to get the point across. I've also made use of the radio for NPR. All of this, is more diverse news than the commentary fear-mongering bullshit I have to listen to on pay television.
