Over the past ten years that I've worked in the service industry, I've taken plenty of cabs and have always had a problem with yellow. They're usually messy in their process and their drivers are usually out of control. I've seen more problems with their drivers than some of the other cabs. No one here likes them, but they have to use them cause they dominate.
